The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced that there will be tree removal on Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) over the weekend in Greenwich and Stamford, leading to temporary morning lane closures.
The scheduled lane closures are expected to last from 6 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 6 and Sunday, Oct. 7, between exit 31 (North Street in Greenwich) and exit 33 (Den Road in Stamford).
A moveable sign pattern will be utilized to help motorists navigate through the work zone, as crews cut dead trees, high limbs and clearing signs.
